Cody brings his experience in higher education, workforce and community development, and tech startups to CVL Economics with a passion for creating exciting and joyful living, learning, and working opportunities for others. Coming from small rural America and now having worked with F20 companies, multinational organizations, and people all around the world he has been employee #1 at organizations that re-enroll students who stopped out of college, a global extern company helping underrepresented students get into F500 companies, and a prison to employment vocational training company giving second chance to the justice-involved. Each of his professional experiences are at the intersection of education, workforce innovation, diversity, and social justice. As Chief of Staff, Cody supports an array of strategic priorities that range from conferences and events to business development, marketing, and operations efficiencies. Outside of work, Cody extends his passion for this work by being a health and fitness coach, speaker and life coach and serves on several different boards that support college students across the US.
